So Glad 2 Be Me Summer Day Camp

This unique summer day camp will energize girls ages 8-12 yrs to live from their essence where beauty, acceptance and love radiate from within.

Sometimes you need to be ready for a new school year with more than just new school supplies....

You need to be prepared with various strategies and tools to help deal with stress, changes, teasing , expectations and the demands of school work!

Why not join me for three days packed full of hands-on activities designed to help girls love and accept themselves based on who they are, not what they look like.

You will discover your own uniqueness, radiance, gifts and talents.....and all the tools you need to help with any challenge in the upcoming school year or in life for that matter....

Using games, strategies such as yoga, visualization & journalling and crafts such as jewellery beading, scrapbooking, nutrition & dream posters to name a few, you will discover that self worth, acceptance and strength has been inside of you all along just waiting to be uncovered...!
