Visualization or Meditation is a really neat way to quiet the busy thoughts and chatter in your mind. Using your imagination, you create a relaxing picture in your mind that makes you feel calm inside. It can be really easy, especially with practice.
Meditation provides you with a really quiet, private place inside of yourself that you can go to anytime you want. If you feel stressed or sad or worried or scared, meditating can help you feel safe, uplift your spirits and give you the energy to get on with your day.
