After doing this workshop a few times, and seeing the outcome in my friends, I realize how beautiful we are on the inside. The outside is just one part of us and isn't a whole you. A whole you is the outside AND the inside.

The media had such a bad influence on me when I was standing in line at the grocery store with my mom and I would look at the magazine racks and see some things that I thought I should maybe look like or be like. Now I know none of that is really real. It's all fake and computerized.

This workshop made me truly believe that I was real and beautiful just the way I am.
