I just finished listening to your 'Healthy Body Image for Girls' interview with Rhonda Ryder. Wow, I'm very impressed. You really know your stuff :)

While I felt a knot in my stomach at several points (I am definitely not doing everything right), I have hope that I can take some of your strategies and improve both my own self-esteem and that of my girls.

I'm even more excited about your summer camp for my girls now!
